The holidays are upon us and so is the colder weather. Yeaas! I for one am loving the change in weather and am celebrating today with a cup of pecan praline coffee - delicious!
We have concluded all of our 2012 wedding shoots, and what an amazing year it was. We have been blessed to work with some of the most incredible people who have such great stories - stories that I can’t wait to share with all of you. Keep checking our blog every week over the next couple of months to see some really cool and unique weddings that we were so grateful to capture. Special thanks to my awesome crew; Mark Jacobs, David Ridgway, and Jimmy Altman for their great work and support this year. I couldn’t have done it without you guys.
I’m not going to leave you all today without a film to feast your eyes on, therefore I present to you, Anjili and Amar. These two wonderful people got married at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Redondo Beach. I love the contrast of colors in this wedding. You have the bold reds and golds in Anjili’s wedding sari to the pale pink and white flowers all over the ceremony and reception. It was really beautiful. Another one of my favorite parts of the day was witnessing the Baraat (the groom’s wedding procession) for Amar. He was paraded in on horseback with all of his family and friends. There was live music, dancing, and endless smiles and laughter as Amar was honored by the closest people in his life. Thank you Anjili and Amar for inviting us to your special day and having us capture these memories for you. It was an honor.
Now let’s re-live this celebration through film.
